Hi, I’m Malissa—founder of BODEE, where Pilates is more than a workout—it’s intentional movement designed to support your body with strength, balance, and longevity.
As a former competitive athlete, I understand the drive to push harder, go faster, and do more. But I also know where that path can lead: injuries, burnout, and a disconnect from your own body. That was my story—until I discovered Pilates. It helped me move smarter, recover fully, and reconnect with my body in ways traditional training never could.
What began as personal healing became my mission. Over the past six years, I’ve earned STOTT Pilates certifications, worked alongside top physical therapists, and continually studied to become the instructor I always needed—someone who truly understands performance and recovery.
At BODEE, every session is tailored to you, built with purpose, and rooted in real experience. Whether you’re chasing performance goals, rebuilding after injury, or simply looking to feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you.
