I can accommodate small groups of up to 7 people for Reformer Pilates & rent out a local Denver Studio to do so. I can also teach Mat Pilates events at any location: Corporate wellness (at your business), outdoors, general collaborations & business partnership events.

Vail Resorts x BODEE Pilates x Conscious Pilates
I partnered with Conscious Pilates in Denver to teach the Vail Resorts Brand Communications team a large group reformer class as part of a year end corporate wellness initiative for their team! We were able to get everyone on a reformer, regardless of their experience, provide a fun and rejuvenating workout, and connect as a small community. ♥︎
In addition to the event we provided small holiday gifts: pilates sticky socks and cute branded bags!
