March Matness, Challenge Yourself With Mat Pilates

There is a lot of buzz around Reformer Pilates right now…but have you ever heard of Mat Pilates?

Mat Pilates is amazing because you can do it anytime, anywhere. It can sometimes be more challenging than reformer Pilates since there is no strap or spring loaded assistance with the exercises. Your body weight and gravity can often be more than enough to create a challenging workout routine.

This month, March, I challenge you to make all your Pilates sessions and try at least ONE mat Pilates class to experience the differences and benefits of the different modalities.
