Can you believe it? We officially made the move and are bringing boutique, high-level, personalized Pilates to my hometown of Castle Rock, Colorado! You can now find us inside Renew Spa, and we couldn't be more excited to become part of this incredible community. Renew Spa is a beautiful wellness destination focused on helping clients look and feel their best through personalized treatments, self-care services, and a welcoming atmosphere that perfectly aligns with our approach to movement and wellness. One of my favorite things about Castle Rock is its charming downtown. It's packed with locally owned businesses, amazing food, great coffee, and unique boutiques that make it feel both welcoming and vibrant. Next time you come down for your Pilates session, I highly recommend setting aside some extra time to explore the wonderful small businesses that make this town so special.
