The Fall Reset - Come Back to You
September has a way of bringing us back into rhythm.
Summer winds down, kids head back to school, work schedules pick up, and suddenly our calendars feel a little more structured. After a summer of travel, adventure, late nights, and changing routines, fall can be the perfect opportunity to pause and ask ourselves:
What do I need right now?
This September at Bodee, we're embracing Back to You—back to your routines, your movement, your habits, and the self-care that helps you feel your best.
But this isn't about starting over or creating a perfect routine.
It's about coming back.
Consistency Over Perfection
One of the things I love most about Pilates is that it is a practice. You don't have to be perfect at it, and you don't have to show up exactly the same way every time.
Some days you feel strong. Some days you need more mobility. Some days you need to challenge yourself, and other days your body is asking you to slow down.
That's real life.
And that's why I believe so strongly in consistency over perfection. The goal isn't to build a routine that works only when life is calm and everything goes according to plan. It's to build a practice that can flex and evolve with you.
That includes me, too.
I'll be taking some time away and traveling for part of September, which means my own routine will look a little different. Rather than seeing that as a disruption, I'm choosing to see it as an opportunity to practice what I preach—to make space for movement, rest, adventure, and taking care of myself outside of the studio.
I hope you'll give yourself permission to do the same.
Introducing the September Pilates Passport
To make this month's theme a little more fun, I've created the Bodee September Pilates Passport!
The Passport is a simple way to keep track of your Pilates practice while also encouraging you to layer in other forms of self-care throughout the month.
Your Pilates sessions are one piece of the puzzle, but so are the things you do outside the studio:
Take a walk.
Stretch or work on mobility.
Drink your water.
Get outside.
Prioritize sleep.
Journal.
Slow down and breathe.
Unplug.
Spend time with people you love.
Or simply do something just for you.
There is no perfect way to participate. The goal is simply to notice the small choices you're making to take care of yourself.
Because self-care isn't separate from your movement practice—it is part of your practice.
If you want to play along - print out the following passport! I will be passing this out to members this month so they can track their progress on all things wellness!

The Long Game
Pilates has never been about a quick fix for me. It's about building a strong, capable, connected body that can support you through all of the seasons of life.
So this September, I invite you to think beyond the workout.
Think about how you want to feel.
How can you make a little more space for yourself? How can you move in a way that feels good? What small habits can you build that will still serve you six months or six years from now?
You don't need a perfect routine.
You just need an opportunity to come back to yourself, again and again.
So here's to September.
Back to school.
Back to routines.
Back to movement.
Back to YOU.
