Collaborated with Dr. Jordan May from Resurrection Wellness (Physical Therapy) to educate on ways to support lymphatic drainage, what your lymph system does and how Pilates can support a variety of methods that help your Lymph system.
We walked through calming Pilates breath work and basic Pilates movements in the hip, core, and spine and support circulation, fascial tissue release, and muscle engagement.
Dr. Jordan led a session on what your lymph system is and ways you can manually support drainage with therapeutic touch. We also ended with some essential oils and a few giveaways to everyone who came!
