I partnered with Conscious Pilates in Denver to teach the Vail Resorts Brand Communications team a large group reformer class as part of a year end corporate wellness initiative for their team! We were able to get everyone on a reformer, regardless of their experience, provide a fun and rejuvenating workout, and connect as a small community. ♥︎

In addition to the event we provided small holiday gifts: pilates sticky socks and cute branded bags!
